6) Several options are considered in the selection process of all the materials, colours, top finishes, lights fixtures etc.
7) Requisites for final budget is established by quotation.
8) Purchasing, constructing supervision and coordination of entire project.
9) Definite and successful project execution.
10) Handover the site peacefully to the client
